Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?

–For residential homes we can provide the supplies, but if you are comfortable with your own then we will accommodate those needs. Contact a representative for commercial cleaning needs.

How do I pay for the services?

–You can provide us with a cheque payable to KR SERVICES INC. This can be handed to the personnel after the job has been completed or bring it to our office.

What time should I expect the team to arrive at my home?

–We can work with you to accommodate your needs Monday thru Sunday. Talk to a representative and we will find the time that works. For commercial services we have employees available 24/7. Contact us today.

Do I have to do anything before my cleaning visit?

–We ask that for residential cleaning you take a few minutes to tidy up and remove any unwanted items or documents from tables and off floors. If you decide to add other services the day of your visit please let us know in advance so we can send the right individual for these needs.

Who do I contact if I want something extra done or if I want to change or cancel my cleaning?

–Please contact the representative or supervisor assigned to you if you have any changes affecting you scheduled cleaning. You can also contact our office.

Do you provide laundry and or ironing services?

–Yes, we have personnel available for special requests like laundry, ironing and folding. Contact us in advance if you are interested.

How do I pay for the services?

-You can provide us with a cheque payable to KR Services INC. This can be handed to the personnel after the job has been completed. Also you have the option of sending an email-transfer. Contact us for details on this.

What is your service area?

-For Residential cleaning, we service the Downtown, North York, Scarborough, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham and Vaughan area. For all other services, including commercial cleaning we can accommodate your requests anywhere within the GTA.
